Due to our increase in market share, we are seeking two professionals for our Training Department who have the knowledge and understanding of computers and the skills to train our customers how to use our products.

Upon hiring, we don't expect that you will be proficient at training on our software products. However, you should be a quick-learner so our one-on-one training and coaching will help you acquire the confidence and ability to excel at your job as quickly as possible.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Display excellent presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Provide excellent web-based training and consulting services to our customers
  • Travel anywhere in North America to provide onsite training and consulting services to customers
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade BQE software applications
  • Communicate with clients to coordinate consulting/training engagements and set engagement expectations
  • Develop full understanding of BQE software applications and be able to provide documentation as requested or required by clients

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • This is an entry level position
  • Basic knowledge of installing and configuring MS SQL Server
  • Basic Knowledge\Experience in accounting software packages such as QuickBooks and Peachtree is preferred

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility: Provide software end-user support to our customer base via inbound call-center, email, chat and remote connection tools.

Secondary Responsibility: Provide install service overflow support to our Consulting Department and product sales engineer support to our sales staff.

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Great Customer Service Skills over the phone and be a quick learner. THIS IS A MUST.
  • Have a Can Do Attitude and Be a Team Player in helping out in anyway needed in the Tech Support Department to close customer issues quickly.
  • Have 1-3 years Level I or II Helpdesk\IT\Technical Support experience in a medium to large call-center environment supporting one or more software technologies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting Sales Executives with making outgoing calls and emails to customers and prospects
  • Utilize our CRM system to ensure activities are properly documented and adequate information regarding the prospect and the opportunity are communicated
  • Ensure internal rules of engagement and other sales processes are followed at all times. Escalate issues and concerns when appropriate
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Internships

Requirements: Each applicant must be a current student enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited university. Internships are unpaid; school credit is available. Interns should be able to commit 12 to 20 hours per week, on average. The exact dates of the internship will depend on each student's availability.
